Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay! Didn't get to use the porch as much as I had hoped since it was a very hot week. It is a lovey place..my only suggestion is a more comfortable chair to enjoy coffee in the morning. May not be practical with the weather but would be nice :)

Almost a tree house

We couldn't have been happier with are choice. The condo is as described and Shari has thought of all the little touches to make our stay incredible. The condo itself is up a couple of flights of stairs; combine that with a screened-in wrap around porch, and it's like being in a tree house. We sat out on the porch, looking out on the large trees every morning, drinking our coffee. The place is close to everything while also being incredibly quiet once you are back in Amelia Landings. 7 or so minute walk to the beach, you are also across the street from Egan's Greenway, a nature trail filled with wildlife (rabbits, deer, spoonbills, etc.) My son especially liked the large alligator that we saw, hanging out in the creek. There is also a quiet neighborhood that is great for stroll in the shade. Once you jump in your car, your are 1 or 2 minutes from beach parking and not much more for grocery or restaurants. Less than 10 minutes and you are in Amelia Islands downtown. This place was a great find and I can't wait to go back.

Our Stay

We had the most wonderful time! We had great access to the beach, restaurants, and night life. The beach walk was about seven minutes and super easy to find. The condo was clean and had everything we needed, even beach equipment (several chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc.) We can't wait to come back!

Wonderful condo with a great screened-in porch

This was a wonderful place to go for my birthday weekend celebration...great location, clean, well stocked, comfortable furniture, and the porch was the perfect place for coffee and a book or just chatting with the family. The property was exactly as advertised. My daughters and I enjoyed running/walking in the neighborhood and loved playing pickle ball! It is very centrally located to basically everything. It was very clean and stocked with anything you could need! We would definitely book again. The porch is wonderful!

What an awesome place!

Location was perfect! Great access to all of the beaches and lots of restaurant choices. This condo felt like home and I can’t say enough positive things about the porch. Morning coffee, evening rain showers, can’t wait to come back. Owner is super sweet and very responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A cozy relaxing treehouse

We loved our stay! We had a girls spa weekend and this was the perfect place to stay. It was very quiet and that porch was so peaceful and relaxing. The place was well stocked with everything we could've needed. Beds were comfy as well! Highly recommend chosing to stay here :)

Great stay

The listing for the property is very accurate. On line pictures are up to date. As others also stated, we really enjoyed the screened porch. A nice spot to relax. The condo is a quick walk to the beach down a wooded path. Might be helpful to have directions to the path. Beds were comfortable. Would be nice to have a table/chairs on the porch to eat at as it is such a nice spot. An outdoor sofa on the porch would also be a great addition. Overall, a nice property that delivers as promised in the listing.

Great Spot!

Quiet, comfortable top floor condo in such a lovely area. We enjoyed the screened porch and comfortable furnishings. The proximity to the beach and Eagans Greenway is a real bonus - great for biking and walking. The town of Fernandina Beach is a short drive away. It’s such a charming town with an excellent selection of restaurants. Everyone we met was so friendly. Shari provided excellent communication and was very helpful. Amelia Island is a real gem!

Perfect spot for a visit to Amelia Island

We stayed at this property while visiting family in the area, and were very happy with the location, cleanliness of the place, and the thoughtful touches/supplies in the unit. Lovely Wooded Retreat

Hubby’s birthday trip
