Genießen Sie diesen Sommer Ihr Glas Wein bei Sonoma Creek. Alle ursprünglich von Eigentümern für Freunde und Familie gebaut oder restauriert - dieses maßgefertigte Haus befindet sich auf einem Hektar mit über 300 Fuß seltener Sonoma Creek-Fassade in Kenwood. Das Haus steht hinter einer 140 Fuß Steinmauer mit einer kreisförmigen Einfahrt. Es gibt einen solarbeheizten 16 'x 33' Salzwasserpool mit einer kindersicheren automatischen Abdeckung, die von Mai bis 1. Oktober (möglicherweise vom 1. April bis 31. Oktober, je nach Wetterlage) und über 80 Grad von Juni bis 1. September schwimmbar ist. Rund um den Pool und das Haus befinden sich 2250 Quadratmeter brasilianischer Ipe-Holzterrasse, ein HotSpring-Whirlpool und eine 12 x 12 Zoll große Resort-Cabana mit bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten. Zu den weiteren Poolmöbeln gehören eine doppelt breite Lounge, sechs einzelne Chaiselongues und einige quadratische Marktschirme. Es gibt einen großen Esstisch, die 8 und ein 36 '' Top-Modell der KitchenAid Edelstahl Gasgrill sitzt. Yamaha Außenlautsprecher, ein iPod-Dock und Sony 400 CD-Wechsler Versorgung der Musik zum Schwimmen und Restaurants.

Es gibt 3 Kingsize-Schlafzimmer-Suiten, 2 mit eigenem Bad und ein drittes separates Bad mit einer Badewanne für 2 Personen und einer Dusche. Alle Suiten verfügen über Pillow-Top-Matratzen von W Hotel und neue Bettwäsche aus Ralph Lauren 500TC-Baumwolle. Das Master-Bad verfügt über einen TV, eine Dampfdusche und eine WetStyle-Badewanne für 2 Personen mit Blick auf den Bach.

Die wichtigsten Etagen sind breit weiß getünchten Eiche und alle Bäder sind leichte italienische Kalkstein. Es gibt eine 65 "Sony im Wohnzimmer, das Hauptschlafzimmer hat eine 46" und die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer haben 42 "und 32" Fernseher, alle mit DVD-Playern. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen großen Kamin aus Gussbeton und ein Ferngaskamin befindet sich im Hauptschlafzimmer. Zur Wahrung kühl im Sommer alle Zimmer verfügen über Deckenventilatoren und Klimaanlage. Die gesamte Isolierung besteht aus umweltfreundlicher, recycelter, zerkleinerter blauer Jeans, die im gesamten Haus eine bemerkenswerte Schalldämmung bietet. Das Fußbodenheizungssystem hält das Haus im Winter warm, während Sie den Bach nur wenige Meter vom Deck entfernt rauschen sehen.

Top of the line rostfreiem KitchenAid Küchenchef in der Küche mit Beton Zähler, Insel Waschbecken und 6-Flammen-Aga Legacy-Gasherd. Viel Platz im 42 "eingebaut Zähler Tiefe Kühlschrank und separaten Untertisch Wein Kühlschrank. Speisen Sie in der aufgearbeiteten Bauernhaus Esstisch, die 8 Sitze. Sie können auch in Santa Rosa (Charles Schultz) Flughafen fliegen in nur 25 Minuten auf Alaska / Horizont nonstop vom Flughafen LAX, Las Vegas und Seattle und ein Auto mieten. The perfect wine country respite

This is the perfect home that will serve as both a quiet getaway and/or a gathering place for family and friends. It’s well appointed with all the amenities that you might want or need. Great house

Three couples met up to celebrate one of us turning 50. The house is amazing, very well appointed and very comfortable. Great location to Sonoma and some under the radar wineries. It rained all day one day and we had a great time staying inside playing games, making pizzas and enjoying some local wine. The owner was very responsive. We'll come back in the spring/summer for sure!

Thanksgiving Getaway

We loved this property! The whole rental process was a breeze and communications with Tim were easy and prompt. He also offered up some restaurant recommendations which was really appreciated. The pictures accurately depict the property. It's in a beautiful location, very quiet and relaxing. The weather was warm enough to enjoy lunches outside overlooking the creek and the changing fall leaves. It would be fabulous in the summer as it's really set up for outdoor living with the pool and plenty of lounging locations. The house is well equipped in all respects. We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner for 8 and the kitchen had everything we needed. Especially nice to have a double oven. We also tried out the pizza oven and it made for a fun, delicious family project (found pizza dough at the market in Glen Ellen). The beds are very comfortable and the property was spotless when we arrived. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends or rent it again. Thanks for the great stay, Tim and family!

Beautiful Sonoma Retreat

We had the most relaxing family vacation here. The location was great, close enough to go to Santa Rosa and Napa for outings, and also near lovely restaurants in Sonoma. The host was very responsive and very thoughtful, had an answer for everything and detailed knowledge of recommendations for anything in the area. The grill and Ooni pizza oven was such a plus and the kitchen is well stocked and the host very generous providing some pizza dough cheese and sauce so we can make our own pizzas. Waking up to a gorgeous pool and kitchen everyday was such a treat, and we also enjoyed stargazing from the hot tub at night. During the day a family of deer would come by to the lawn, so beautiful. The property felt quite private and was surrounded by tall trees and lots of coverage. We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely like to return for a future stay. Thank you for letting us stay in your gorgeous home!

This is one of the most amazingly outfitted homes I have stayed in with VRBO. There were delightful appliances and utensils. The beds were perfect. It was quiet. If it were summer the pool deck is spectacular. A river runs in rainy months behind the house...really cant get better. Exceptional.

Fabulous in every way!

We’ve stayed in many Vrbo homes, and this one tops my list as best in class. The owners are amazingly responsive and communicative. They are also gracious hosts- we really felt as if we their guests. We stayed at this home on the occasion of my daughter’s birthday and my wedding anniversary. The owners made us feel very welcome with an amazing goodie basket of wine, cookies, cheese and more. The location is great- close to several good wineries and restaurants. We also took advantage of the state park that is a short 3 mile drive. The home itself is spectacular. It’s beautifully decorated but also homey, and the outdoor space is so relaxing and beautiful. Every little detail is thought through. We enjoyed being along the creek and having our morning coffee/evening aperitif outdoors. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Beautiful, peaceful, spacious home

We had a lovely time at this beautiful home in Kenwood. Everything is very comfortable, thoughtful, and beautiful. We loved the outdoor deck and pool overlooking the creek. Quaint villa with a fabulous pool

The property is exactly as described with a great floorplan. Super comfy mattresses and nice sized/clean/modern bathrooms. One of the best experiences we've ever had with a host. Our flight was cancelled and we arrived at 2am. Tim was so nice to have outside lights on for us. Made finding the home so much easier. Additionally, we asked about drapes in the master bedroom and he was so kind as to have some installed! Super great host!

Perfect vacation home

Tim and Naomi’s home was the perfect vacation home for us during our wedding. It was clean and spacious and stocked with all the amenities anyone would need. Everything in the home worked perfectly. The sound system was great. We could play music through the speakers in the living and out in the pool area. There were more than enough lounge chairs by the pool and a nice cabana to relax in. There was enough beds and bathrooms for everyone and never felt crowded. Next to the front door, there is a cute little lemon tree. You will most likely encounter some small wildlife there while you are relaxing.

Amazing house so close to everything!

If you are going to Napa/Sonoma you want to stay here! We just spent four amazing days at this property with three couples. We each had our own room and bathroom. The beds were super comfortable! The space was like walking into a Pottery Barn or Crate and Barrel Catalog. The outdoor space is huge and we made use of the patio and hot tub. It was so great to have a place for all of us to gather after a day of wine tasting. Tim, the owner, was super helpful and easy to deal with. He thought of every detail and provided great recommendations to us and even gave us a welcome bottle of wine. The house is fully stocked with toiletries, linens and even hair dryers. I didn't want to leave! By the way, it is super close to a bunch of wineries.making our stay even better!

BETTER THAN ANY 5 Star Hotel

From the moment we inquired about this property for my 50th birthday party, the owners were super responsive and communicated before, during and after our stay. One of the things that sold us on this house was that ALL 3 bedrooms have king beds, which was hard to find in other properties. The beds were extremely comfortable with top-of-the-line linens. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (2 En Suite, 1 right next door in hallway). The bathrooms were fully equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryers and even robes! The house is flooded with light in the main living dining and kitchen areas. The house is beautifully and comfortably decorated with furniture which makes you feel right at home. The surround system both indoors and outdoors was a plus for a relaxing. The huge fabulous backyard felt like we were surrounded by nature ( deer sighting one night).The flowing sound of the stream bordering the property also added to the ambience. We also wanted a house with a pool and spa, which we took advantage of before and looked forward to after visiting the wineries all day. The outdoor living area on the pool deck is privately tented and a great place for conversation and just chilling out. One evening we use the huge grill to cook steaks and the kitchen is it fully equipped with all spices/condiments that we needed for our home cooked meal. The owners also provided us with an abundance of things to do, from their favorite local restaurants/spas and places to visit in the nearby area, which has many wineries and tasting rooms. Their suggestion of a driver for our rental minivan was great so we didn’t have to drive to Napa and the other wineries located further away. Denise, our driver, turned out to be a perfect fit for us. She even suggested other wineries which we never would’ve visited on our own and provided us with snacks for the ride! We had the time of our lives and we are all looking forward to coming back real soon and hopefully renting this property again! Thanks for making my 50th so memorable... and the huge bottle of Rose wine was such a special touch!

Hidden treasure

We had a fantastic stay at this creek side villa, enjoying every aspect of the home. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and pool after wine tasting! The location is close to many fine wineries and restaurants. It was so relaxing to have everything close by. The owner of the home answered all our questions quickly and was very pleasant to work with. We look forward to returning!

Was like something straight out of a Pottery Barn magazine!

Tim was helpful right from the getgo. Emailing us places to go and things to do while there. The outdoor space was absolutely gorgeous and relaxing. The running creek felt like you were at a spa every time you stepped outdoors. In fact, our only regret was not foregoing one of our wine tasting days and spending it at the house relaxing by the pool. The inside was as nice as the outdoor space! Perfect size for the three couples that were there to celebrate my wife's 40th bday. Every morning we drive a mile up the road and did a little hike at the state park. If we come back to wine country with ppl, there is no doubt where I will be staying!! Thanx Tim!
