The hotelroom was clean and good. The one behind the desk couldn't speak english and that is in my eyes very important especially when you work in a hotel. But the hotel itself was good. Good beds only the pillow was a disaster. You need to put normal pillows and not the roll

Worst reception ever and possible fraud issues

Actual hotel was ok but having taking authorisation details earlier while booking I was then charged again at the hotel .Actually two payments were attempted to be taken from my saved debit card ! HSBC contacted me regarding fraud attempts and blocked my card.But even worse than that the female on reception was aggressive and shouted non stop.

Guter Standort ZweckmĂ€ssig und gĂŒnstig auf der Durchreise. Die Betten dĂŒrften etwas weicher und bequemer sein. Parkplatz vor dem Eingang FrĂŒhstĂŒck, nur Kaffee und ein Gipfeli sind auf Wunsch auch möglich, ohne kleines Buffet fĂŒr viel Geld. Wir gehen wieder dort hin.

Le rĂ©ceptionniste Ă  notre arrivĂ©e vers 18h Ă©tait trĂšs trĂšs gentil, poli, souriant et arrangent. Dommage qu il ait eu 3 jours de congĂ©s aprĂšs. Par contre celui qui commence Ă  22h est complĂštement l opposĂ©, il faut lui apprendre Ă  sourire et Ă  ĂȘtre poli. Ce mĂ©tier n est pas fait pour lui, lui apprendre que le client le fait vivre !!!! Arrogant, mĂ©prisant. Lui demander un rouleau de papier toilette Ă©tait comme lui demander la lune !! De plus il fumait avec des femmes dans le hall du complexe qui contient resto, cafĂ©tĂ©ria, assenceur.il ne sait pas dire bonsoir Ă  vous de lui apprendre !! Niveau savon et gel douche moins on ne peut pas j ai dĂ» acheter du gel douche car l' eau seule ne lave pas !! Chambre calme mais un coup de pinceau ne ferait pas de mal surtout niveau tĂȘte de lit. Les couloirs et le hall d' entrĂ©e Ă©taient propres. Lors de notre derniĂšre nuit nous avons changĂ© de chambre c Ă©tait une autre rĂ©servation. MĂȘme Ă©tat des lieux, tĂȘte de lit Ă  rafraĂźchir. Les tĂ©lĂ©s sont trĂšs petites par rapport aux chambres.de plus la tĂ©lĂ©commande ne fonctionnait pas, nous l' avons signalĂ© Ă  la responsable des femmes de chambre, elle a essayĂ© mais rien n a fonctionnĂ© sauf les diffĂ©rents changements, chaines, volume son , manuellement sur la tĂ©lĂ© comme dans les annĂ©es 80 !! Aucun changement de tĂ©lĂ© nous a Ă©tĂ© proposĂ© ni aucun geste commercial !!! De ce fait il nous fallait nous lever de notre lit pour effectuer des changements !! Pour un hĂŽtel 3 Ă©toiles c est inadmissible !!! TrĂšs déçus !!
