We had a neighbor that multiple people had to call security on cause he was screaming and yelling and banging on the walls and door. When we told the front desk they would not do anything for us since we booked through a 3rd party. I’m very disappointed with them. I won’t book there again.

Booked for 2 couples. Called to be sure rooms were together was told had to do it at check in. Once we checked in requested rooms by each other and then were told it needed to done ahead of time with a call. Also asked for a later check was told by 1 associate that I couldn’t make special requests because I booked through a third party. Spoke to another who said I had to request at 7am the day of departure. Got up to request to get a hour extra. Casino is not safe for females after dark. Hookers in the restrooms causing commotion and fighting. Needed a police escort just to go in.

Check in was easy. Property was clean and kept. Initial room was nice but the air conditioning was extremely noisy. We requested another room and after a little wait, the front desk staff took care of the room change. Everything else was great!

It was ok, only concern is that house keeping threw away My husband shoe boxes so he was upset he couldn't put his new shoes back in the boxes. We also met a couple who said someone with a room key came in their room while they were in it.
