This is the only hotel in where the doors from your room does not close by itself. On Friday December 5, after we arrived from Cowboy Christmas ( we expended 12hrs out). When we arrived to our room, our door was open. We reported the incident at the front desk and they told us to reported to security. We did and they were supposed to call us back after they were going to check the cameras From our floor and we are still waiting for response Front desk did implied that it was our responsibility to double check the door because the doors do not close by themselves ( this is the first time I see something like this).

For the most part our experience was great. The security was wonderful as they were patrolling the entire casino and asking those that were staying there to leave (homeless individuals). Our room and the staff were also a plus. However, there was no one in bar/cafe area a separate nights one of those being on Monday night football when it was busy. Also our cousins hallway and room were dirty, smelled and old.
