Customer service was terrible, chicken was okay. When we ask for towels, gel lady at the front desk was extremely rude. When I asked for towels and shower joe she just said okay. I was wondering if she was going to bring them up to the room or did we have to come down and get them?And she just said okay. This was a black lady with a big purple afro. She was rude when we checked out. Like she didn't care. And see mother that we there. The beds had mold or some sort of black spots on the sheets.And on one of the towels, when I went to dry off after a shower.Also the towels had holes on them and looked like rags. The room. Looked like it was recently renovated but add stains on the carpet and the shower was filthy dirt and grime in the grout and on the floor and somebody's hairs were still on the shower walls. The hall is reached of cigarette and marijuana even though it was a smoke free hotel. Elevator was extremely creaky filthy dirty and look like it has not been cleaned. Lots and lots of homeless people roaming around the parking lot and inside the casino floor. People living in their cars in the parking lot. We do not eat there or use the pool because we were afraid to get sick.

I’d return, with some caveats.

A little run down, but overall a pleasant experience. Tub didn’t have a stopper so wasn’t able to take a bath like I wanted to, but shower worked fine. The room smelled like weed and it didn’t help that the odor was seeping in from next door through the cracks of the adjoining door. My request for extra towels was fulfilled in a timely manner, and the noise level was minimal. I would return again with a bath stopper in hand and a full bottle of febreeze.

Wanted for 1 hour for free shuttle from airport! Called and someone said it was coming and it never did, finally got an uber!! When we got there they said the shuttles weren’t running because of a sick driver! Why didn’t they tell us that when we called??? Not impressed with service!

The place was affordable, but the room (and Hotel) was rundown (old). The staff was honest that it needed updating, but it’s like they don’t have onsite maintenance folks for fix-it’s! The lighted articulated mirror was falling out of the wall and the light part didn’t work. When the air conditioner shut off when the room reached the set temperature it groaned like it was dying for a few seconds before it finally shut off - it did restart okay but just when it was turning off - which was the whole night long. Also, the elevator for our tower of rooms made a heck of a ruckus when going up or down and the tower only had 3 floors - Whew! Yup, this place needs TLC.

Nickled and Dimed in Vegas for the last time

What a dump. I will never stay here again. I went to ask housekeeping where the bar was, and she said " sorry no English". I asked for all hotels under $60, I'm a gold member with a coupon. I'm still upset because Hotels.com said TOTAL charge is $54.00 At hotel an extra $45...$99 dollars for nothing. Nickel and dimed by Hotels + Vegas...I'll stay in Laughlin next time.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel makes everything super convenient, from dining to check-in. Parking is free and the lot is huge — plenty of space for large vehicles like RVs, which is something you rarely find at other hotels. That’s one of the main reasons I like this place. On top of that, the staff were friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better.

Major Police standoff in front parking lot went on for hours and hours. could only leave through back parking structure. Saw big roach outside doors to come in. On a good note, the staff at check-in was so personable and nice. The security can be a nuisance but they are on top of the activites on their propery. I can appreciate that. Witnessed a $14,000 jackpot from a $1.50 bet on a buffalo machine. The price was right as well. Overall I will be back. The Pros outway the bug in the parking lot for sure.

Good but 2 itms need addressing.

The stay at the 7S was good. But two items need addressing. No safe (in Vegas?). No USB ports anywhere in the room (good thing i brought different connectors) Other than that it was fine (on the plus side front desk let me sign in early)
