32 m2. More information by the provider: Carefully decorated 2-room apartment, central location, only a few walking minutes from train/bus station and village center. Picturesque view and balcony. The chalet is situated at a stream. Ideally placed to start your skiing pleasure or for a hike in the mountains.
The 2-room apartment is a standart 2-stars-apartment. Appropriate to 2 person or a couple with 2 children. Public transport included in the Simmental and Saanenland with the SIMMENTAL CARD: Overnight guests in the Lenk-Simmental holiday region travel free of charge on public transport for excursions with a valid guest card.
Incl. heating, water, litter, bathroom and kitchen towels, bed linen, final cleaning. On request garage (12.-/night). Parking regulations: The tenant of the garage also has access to the entire garage entrance. For the tenants of the other two apartments, one of the two parking spaces reserved for our tenants just above/on the side of the chalet (free of charge) is reserved for each of them. If the garage is not rented, a car can be parked in the garage entrance. Surplus cars must be parked in the village.
