The hotel's location is perfect for walking to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Everyone we encountered, from the front desk to the breakfast server and housekeeping, was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was very nice and had a large selection. We would stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

Very clean and accessible to important places in Lisbon. Staff are attentive to client’s needs. We were upgraded on our stay because we had a didficult time in finding the hotel. The helpful staff , especially Danial who went beyond. The girls on reception even got our money back for us when the trams weren’t on.The cleanness of hotel was first class’s, albeit the rooms were a little small, but only slept in them.
