Beautiful independent villa with private swimming pool
Lovely detached house on the slopes of Pratomagno in the Casentino area, peaceful panoramic position in the heart of the valley of the river Arno among olive groves and vineyards. Geographically it lies halfway between the three most important cities of art in Tuscany, that is Siena, Florence and Arezzo, all of which can be reached in less than an hour. Very well furnished.
Independent villa with 10+2 sleeps.
On the ground floor a spacious sitting room with double bed settee, kitchen /dining room with entrance to portico furnished with tables and chairs, one double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Upstairs three double bedrooms, one bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower, bathroom with tub, panoramic terrace.

Swimming pool (6x12metres), private furnished green space, covered car park, barbecue, satellite TV, video recorder, DVD player, play station, internet connection, oven, dishwasher, washing machine.
