Usted to be my favorite hotel, not anymore. Its ok but it sure need maintenance. They never charged for Parking, now they charge 16 dlls a day. Bedsheets are old, A/C is super loud and fridge and microwave need serious cleaning. I've stayed at least 20 times at this hotel, it used to be my favorite for a long time because its right in the middle of everything I go for in Miami (mostly work) but there are now many other better options. No wonder they took away the Best Western Premier category and changed it to a Plus.

The staff was great, but the hotel needs some work on its appearance. The bathrooms seemed a bit rundown, with the door eaten by water residue. I also didn't appreciate the wake-up call at 7:00 am from a leaf blower.
