A small but charming hotel in a great location. The lobby and pool area look nice and luxurious. However, the rooms are quite small, and the bathrooms are very outdated. The hotel offers complimentary bikes for up to 2 hours a day, but most of them are not in working condition. Additionally, there's a $47 resort fee, which feels unreasonable since this isn't a resort-style hotel. With the high nightly rate, everything should already be included without any extra charges.

#1 We arrived on April 3rd, out of two elevators one was out of order, which continued throughout our stay 4 days. #2 we were give a room which we did nit ask for (HANDICAPPED) #3 THEY DID NOT CHANGE OUR ROOM BECAUSE THEY WERE BOOKED #4 THE BATHROOM TUB ACTUALLY FELT SMALLER BECAUSE OF THE HANDICAPPED EQUIPMENT #5 THE WATER PRESSURE ON OUR FLOOR WAS EXTREMELY WEAK #920 #6 THE DAY OF OUR CHECK OUT SUNDAY IT TOOK 35 MINUTES TO GET TO LOBBY BECAUSE THE ELEVATOR WAS ALWAYS FULL OBVIOUSLY THERE WAS ONLY ONE... TO SUM UP THE HOTEL STAFF WAS GREAT BUT THE HOTEL SEEMS TO NO BE WELL KEPT...

The staff at the time that you arrived are not friendly and don’t welcome you! They act as if they don’t care that you are there to stay at their property. The front desk is friendly and they do make you feel welcome. There is 2 elevators and the next day they were working on one of the elevators making it difficult to carry your luggage to the lobby and the manager didn’t noting to inform the guests that it was going to be difficult getting the elevator to check out. If you are going to work on the elevator at check out time let your guests know so that they can make arrangements in case they are needing to get to the airport on time

The price was very high for the size of the room. The rooms are way too small for four people. The view from the ocean front balcony was amazing! I didn't think they should have charged for the beach umbrellas. Overall was a pretty nice place.

JUST ONE ELEVATOR (SINCE LAST YEAR) WAS A BIG!!! PROBLEM FOR EVERYONE, THE WAIT TO CATCH AN ELEVATOR FAR TOO LONG, WHEN ELEVATOR FINALLY ARRIVED THERE WERE 10-11 PEOPLE INSIDE (how soon we forget COVID) etc. etc. etc.
