Our experience at the hotel was disappointing due to poor communication and service from the front desk staff. With the exception of Omar, the maintenance supervisor—who was extremely helpful and communicative—the front staff offered little to no information and were generally unresponsive to our concerns. We encountered several issues during our stay. Our group had five rooms, and all of us repeatedly experienced problems with our key cards not working, requiring multiple trips to the front desk for resets. The shower heads had very low water pressure, and it took an unusually long time for the hot water to come on. In one of the rooms, the air conditioning didn’t work at all. Despite reporting the issue several times over a span of three days, it wasn’t resolved until the day before we checked out. Omar eventually stepped in and arranged to have the AC unit replaced, as no alternative rooms were available due to the hotel being fully booked. On a positive note, the housekeeping staff were excellent—friendly, thorough, and very clean. However, the lack of professionalism at the front desk overshadowed the good parts of our stay. Additionally, I had a negative experience at the on-site restaurant. When I tried to place an order, the staff were rude, so I chose to leave and eat elsewhere. Overall, while some staff members like Omar and the housekeeping team stood out for their service, the poor customer service at the front desk and restaurant made the stay frustrating.
