Our room was spacious and clean. Some new gadgets are missing,, no everyday iron.. the hairdryer was weak.. We couldn’t find the front desk extension on the room phone. it wasn’t zero! Breakfast was excellent.

Clean and well located but tired looking.

We found the internet slow. I don’t think you could do a video call…It kept buffering just watching YouTube. Breakfast was not bad - pretty good variety. The hotel is in well kept and clean but has been in need of an update since about the ‘80s. If you’re looking for fresh and modern with a calm spa-like vibe, this is not your place. If you’re looking at a 2-minute walk to the Duomo, this IS the place.

Gorgeous room with a balcony and large, marble bathroom. Walkable distance to Duomo, La Galleria, La Scala opera house, restaurants and shopping.

This is an older hotel but fairly well-maintained. We were able to walk to the Duomo and many eateries. The area felt very safe. The included breakfast was fantastic with many offerings such as eggs, meat, toast, pastry, fruit and beverages. One night, we needed to print out tickets for our trip to Cinque Terre and the front desk staff was very gracious in printing them out for us.
