Worst Westin hotel

Worst Westin we have ever stayed in. We have stayed at Westins everywhere and it is our hotel of choice, this Westin didn’t live up to our standards and should not be considered a Grand. Rude staff, dirty, furniture was falling apart A/C didn’t work, tooth picks holding the door lock in. No hot tub even though advertised as it had one NOT WORTH THE MONEY. I will be emailing Marriott group directly as well

The room was goid sized, lots of room to spread out in. Although some of the furniture looked pretty beat up!! The front desk staff was excellent!! As expected and as usual!! It's nice to be greeted loke people know you. Your entire lobby staff should he commended for the service they provide.

Great hotel, but they forgot about our 3rd person!

Great location, very clean and smart hotel with helpful and friendly staff. We had to organise extra stuff for our 3rd person, which was a bit annoying, but staff were great and we got there in the end.
