Overall good

Property management was great. The shower head was broken and they were quick to get it fixed. The rooms were nice sizes and worked great for our family. Location was wonderful and the amenities were great. The cleanliness was less than par. The cleaning company can only do so much and they did a good job. The main things that were issues are things the owners need to complete. The outside chair cushions had blood stains and this is a cheap fix for the property owners to have completed. The dryer didn’t work, but we never reported it. It just needs some updates to match the management company and the property ATLANTICA.

Cozy condo

The place was on the smaller side. We are a family of 3 so it worked. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with more than 4 people. Great view. It needs some upkeep work, but for the price, it was nice. The parking lot needs attention. We struggled to park a few times at night because the lot wasn’t stripped so people did what they wanted. Some people got blocked in because the way people parked.

Fun in Folly

This condo is the perfect location! It is well stocked and very clean and welcoming. Although cut short by hurricane Debby we always love our times in Folly and will definitely be back!

Bedbugs!

On our second morning, my daughter found a bedbug, verified by the exterminator. We were moved to another property. I had to fight to get $250 back and a free night’s stay at the new property. It always took a long time for someone to answer the phone. The place was filthy from the beginning—couch and bedcovers had suspicious stains. There were suspicious smears on the walls. The shower curtain was moldy, and the hairdryer didn’t work. The sinks and tubs were pitted and gross-looking. The pics certainly make the place look nicer and bigger than it really is. Many of the issues I have noted were also noted by previous renters, so clearly the owner doesn’t care about guests’ experience.

Terrible Condo but Elliot moved our family to a better one!

This rental was a nightmare. When we first walked in there was broken tables and beer cans, and stuff all over the place. The hallway outside of the condo smelled like weed. The lock on the main door was busted. Elliot beach rentals were great and found us an even better condo for our family to stay in and that was more family friendly so overall our stay was amazing but this property was terrible.

Good

The building and room need updating. The room itself could definitely use a facelift. It needs new couch, furniture and updating in the kitchen. It was ok clean but could be better. The location is amazing!! All in all we had a great stay and had everything we needed. I would go back and I would recommend this place.

It said to put laundry in laundry bag but didn't see any bags, hairdryer didn't work in bathroom, one of the covers had a stain on, random stuff in closets and near washer/ dryer area. Needs updating.

Needs to be refreshed

Location is fantastic! Room is in desperate need of being updated. Mold was on the shower liner. Noise late at night so sleeping wasn’t the best. Check in process is not the best. The whole lock box and key access code was a pain in the butt!!! Just give me a key!!!! Door lock worked but only after several times of trying. Same process for locking door! I won’t stay here again.

Myrtle Beach Vacation

The condo on the beach was just what the doctor ordered for me and my family. Spending time on the balcony was like sitting on the beach, which made for a great vacation with kids who are not always sure what is next. The place was pretty clean but could have been cleaner, and inspectors should be checking behind and under furniture as I found pretzels and tissues that did not belong to our family. This was really minor in the full scope of things and we had an amazing vacation! Thank you! Angel and Family.

Great location and amenities for children

We really enjoyed our stay at Atlantica II. Our room was very vibrant and clean. Our only complaint pertains to the furniture. The beds were not very comfortable and the couch cushions were worn. Other than that the place was great

Good location. OK unit.

Good location for walking to several attractions. The unit itself was outdated. Couch was rough. Beds were just OK. Some sheets were stained yellow. Kitchen sink is kind of disgusting and pitted. Pots and pans are older. Parking was several blocks away. Something not really mentioned The plus was the price. Half of many places we've stayed at in Myrtle Beach. Even the above cons were neutralized by the great location and amenities at the resort. I'd stay at the resort again. Not sure about the room.

Week away

We thought the property was perfect for our family. Could use a few updates, like a new mattress on the master and the couch was very sunken in. Minor details, though. The location and pool were right on par. Unfortunately we felt the property wasn’t as clean as we hoped. We had to wipe something up off the floor and it was dirt black on the towel. We also spotted what looked like barf on one of the doors. The sheets seems clean, but the mattress and the toppers were not. There were dead bugs squished on the wall. My husband also stepped on a condom wrapper near the master bed- yuck! Hopefully those things will be changed for the future visitors.

Awesome location

We spent a week at this property and really enjoyed our stay. The good: Getting checked in/out was a breeze, we Vrbo every year and this was the easiest it’s ever been on us to check in/out The location is perfect to walk the boardwalk The beach out front is easy to access and not nearly as busy as other areas The pools had some variety to keep the kids busy The unit is a good size and comfortable A/C was cold and the beds were comfortable Kids loved the bunk beds All appliances are newer and worked great Couple of things to note: Unit needs updating in the bathrooms but nothing that effects the function of the fixtures The WiFi is hit or miss in the complex and the smart tv in the bunk bedroom did not connect so it was basically useless. The pools get dirty quick not sure if it’s a use issue or filters but by noon they are pretty murky and dirty. Use the north elevator, south is always way to busy and the north is always free. Over all a great experience and I would recommend this unit to anyone heading to Myrtle beach!

Just Beachin'

We had a great time! Everything was as pictured and the ocean views were phenomenal. Lots of things to do within walking distance. We loved that there was a washer and dryer in the condo as well as some sand toys/umbrella stands. We even left a boogie board for the next group to use!
