A gem ! Close to everything / Macy’s, I was really impressed with the service and the clean room and it is quite ! Room that a not big but ok as we are in New York and we want to spend as much time as possible outside the room ! Plus you can leave your luggages while you still visit the town until you’re ready to leave. Only recommandation would be softer pillows but I strongly recommend.

We traveled to NYC with our kids and had a wonderful stay at Best Western Premier Herald Square. The front desk staff were always friendly and very helpful. They were amazingly accommodating. We asked if a fridge was available and they brought one to our room right away and told us we could store anything additional in another fridge. They were happy to give us extra coffee pods when we asked, helped us unload and load our car, and kindly set up a table and chairs for us to eat takeout one night. The room was serviced daily for the 4 days we were there and was always clean. The hotel is very convenient to the subway, Times Square, and lots of restaurants and shopping. The elevators were in good working order and we never waited more than 2-3 minutes for one to arrive on the 12th floor. The air conditioning was comfortable and beds were great. The room is on the smaller side, which is the norm in NYC, so we expected that. The fitness area was clean, had cleaning wipes, well stocked water and towels and included free weights, cardio equipment and a cable fitness machine. Ice machines were on 3rd floor and basement. We had an absolutely lovely stay and highly recommend this hotel!

We were greeted every time we walked in the door and also told to enjoy our day each time we left. Angelica in the cafe was a delight. She was so kind and was great at answering our tourist questions of where to go during the day. We tried a few of her suggestions and they were all great! And the coffee and breakfast options in the cafe were delicious and reasonably priced with typically short lines. We had the option to not have our sheets changed every day but they did still come in and clean, empty garbages, provided clean towels. Our room was small so in such a tight space, we appreciated the daily tiday from the cleaning staff.

First time in NYC for a wedding, so the hotel was pleasant enough for the 3-day stay at an affordable cost. The staff were welcoming and polite. Check in/out was easy. Location wasn’t bad either, although I almost walked right past the entrance when we first got there. (It’s nestled in there) A lot of places in walking distance like Time Square, Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center. There’s a 24 hour store called Toast Cafe Brasserie NYC/ Buffet around the corner for snacks, meals, and drinks anytime. It helped since our king room didn’t have a mini fridge to keep drinks/leftovers cool and fresh. If I ever find myself needing to stay in NYC again for a short time without breaking the bank, I’d stay here again.

Great stay at a great location. Rooms are small like any NYC hotel, they are nicely decorated and extremely clean. It was an easy walk to the subway and Penn Station which is the stop to and from the airport. The reception team were great and extremely helpful and always greeted us each day.
