Clean and a comfortable bed. Very basic accommodation with close access to the airport and a 10 minute walk to the train which will get you into Nice. The older man on the front desk was not very friendly but the lady that checked me in and the younger man the next morning on checkout were nice. The hotel is connected to the Novotel next door and Ziad went above and beyond. Such a friendly, helpful warm person. He made the start of my day wonderful!!

Perfect budget hotel that I'd stay in again.

Met all of my needs. Great location, room clean, close to airport terminal. Staff helpful. Room perfect for a one person overnight with early morning departure flight.
