"My son, his Fiance and I all stayed at this hotel for several nights while in Hanoi in fact I also returned for 2 nights before going back to the United States. I can't say enough about this hotel. The staff bent over backwards to help us with tours, and anything else we bugged them about which was often. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms and hotel were spotless. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thanks to all the staff for a very memorable time in your beautiful Country."

"We stayed at this hotel based on the positive reviews. It was a little more than we wanted to pay, so we only booked ahead for 1 night. Once arriving at the hotel we decided to stay another 3! Clean rooms, great staff, and the best hotel breakfast we've had in Asia. We took the cooking class (35usd) which was standard as we checked around the city for others. It was great - would recommend to anyone interested in traditional Vietnamese cooking. Perfect view of the old quarter and they have happy hour. Location is perfect - right on the edge of the old quarter. Everything is walkable. "
