This is a nice hotel in a great location. My only complaints are the glass wall between the bathroom and sleeping area which doesn't block sound or light and the bathroom sink taps which ran VERY hot water and splashed water all over the counter.

Fine hotel!

Great location, lovely room, big pool & very comfy hot tub. Fitness Centre had quite a number of machines, but unfortunately I didn’t have enough time to use it. Have stayed at Pinnacle before, would stay again. Check-in & check-out very friendly & efficient. Although I’d booked a “Mountainview” room on website, it seems there really aren’t any rooms like that available, as the view has become obscured. I had a view of the harbour & across to the Vancouver skyline, which was fine.

The location, staff and neighborhood are excellent. However, the hotel’s carpets are very old and had a strong odor. We may not stay here for near future unless they remodel the property and replace the carpets.
