If you are planning a trip to Universal Studios Orlando, this is the place to stay. Just minutes away from the parks and City Walk, it made everything convenient for our visit.
The house is spacious, open, bright and clean with just the right amount of modern and new furnishings. Beds were comfortable and plentiful when we had a Sister and her two grandchildren stay with us one night during our week there.
The pool is delightful and was kept as warm as they could get it, even in the unusually cooler temperatures even for Orlando in December. I really enjoyed the fact that the landscaping lent a isolated feel while being in the center of it all.
Minutes from gourmet meat and grocery stores with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of work space to cook for the family for those days that you just didn't want to go to one of the many nice restaurants nearby.
Neighbohood is nice but older. The house itself has been fully remodeled but some of the neighboring homes are run down. However, the street was quiet and not busy with traffic and we had no issues with neighbors or strangers during our stay.
The Property Owner is gracious, accommodating and very responsive to any questions or requests and we could not have asked for a better lodging for our very first Christmas in Florida vacation.
