Great place to stay and enjoy Universal

Loved the whole vibe. Super friendly and helpful staff. Pool area looked amazing but didn’t get to use because our flights were delayed. Our room was very nice. We had dinner at the bar in the bowling alley and had after drinks at Swizzle and enjoyed those as well. Shuttle to park was excellent. Everyone was great.

Me and my finance stayed here for my birthday vacation and when I tell you the stay was perfect it was perfect… We ate breakfast at the hotel everyday and it was cheaper then going to somewhere outside the parks then the hour you get just for being a guest there was worth not getting an express pass 10/10 place to stay when going to universal studios

Resort needs maintenances: Building paint, door’s paint, new comforters…and most important, offer a better food. The pancakes can’t be eaten. Flavor was like cardboard. I love this resort, I have been there like 6 times, but unfortunately I have been seeing how the service, building and room condition is devaluating with the time.

However this stay I was disappointed by the the cashier at the restaurant Friday morning went to pay for breakfast and the lady was very rude and snippy so uncalled for. Also the amount of employees on their phones instead of paying attention to the people needing help. Front desk and the park ticket. Ladies were very sweet and helpful.
