The resort was amazing. Waterslides ,lazy river,hottubs and 2 giant pools. I didn't like the breakfast. But the food at the hideaway bar near the lazy river was delicious

We had a fabulous family holiday at Cabana Bay for a week. We had previously stayed at Royal Pacific a few months before we were a little worried that it would be a noticeable drop in standards but Cabana exceeded our expectations. We loved the friendliness of the staff, the food, the room and the location. We took full advantage of the early access to volcano bay which was a few minutes walk away and the shuttle service to the other parks was great too. We will be back!

Very bad customer service also request 5 time I call front reception every day 3 times to come pick up the garbage and clean the room and bring us shampoo and some towels never show up I was there 4 days never show up to my room and I have 2 young kids with me after coming back from pool and from somewhere we try to take shower takes cool ours to bring us towel and empty shampoo from first day very disappointed and we spend money for no reason and very bad quality food and takes long time to get the food and line to pay for the food after you try to eat already your food is cold this property not worth to go I just waste my money

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The facilties and decor were all fun and charming, and its located really conceniently for the parks and downtown. The only negatives i would offer is the selection at the hotel restaraunt wasnt great and housekeeping didnt replenish our room's shampoo after we ran out.

Clean, Fun, and Responsive Staff My stay at this hotel was overall very enjoyable. The property was clean and had a lively, fun atmosphere that made it a great place to relax and unwind. Although I experienced a few minor issues upon arrival, the staff responded quickly and resolved everything efficiently, which I truly appreciated. Their attentiveness made a big difference in turning things around. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Overall imour stay went well though we did have housekeeping concerns on 2 out of the 5 days. However the room was clean and most of the hotel for that matter. The dining hall was constantly under maintenance which made the other spaces cramped. The pool and lazy river were nice but the overall quality of the water was just okay. I would recommend this location to other first time Orlando vacationers but would personally look to other properties for return trips.

My stay was terrible!!! I paid almost $500 for an outside pool entrance room. The shower didn’t work!! I called the front desk was placed on hold for 15 minutes they then transferred me to a manager who told me to hang on they would send someone up to check it out. 2 men came up to my door about 30 minute later did not look at the shower. They said that there was a problem with the pipes from the rain to give it 30 minutes. Being patient I waited. (My party of 4 sitting in sweaty wet clothes at 10pm no shower) we checked the water again no water in the shower. I called the front desk again they finally agreed to move me to another room!! They moved me to a 2nd floor room with no view. I just took the room so we could shower!!!! So the next day I called the hotel after checking out to explain how unhappy I was about this stay and they informed me there was nothing they could do. I’m warning people not to stay here!!! They have many machines outside due to plumbing issues!!! This resort needs a major upgrade!!!!

We loved cabana bay! It's very family friendly. Pools were great, including the lazy river. Food was also good and the Bayliner Diner had great options. Also loved that there was a Starbucks on site.

The Resort was fantastic. Everything conveniently located and easy to navigate. The theme is super cool. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pools and Adult areas are a win for a family traveling with kids. I definitely would recommend staying here if your traveling to Universal studios.

Plus side: Easy check in Easy checkout Shuttle buses were great Minus side: Parking was horrible We ended up in a building that was 45 minutes from the lobby. Getting to any of the amenities was a long walk The room looked slightly run down No shampoo dispenser Water pressure was terrible The “food court” was very small Dining in the hotel was not great. It took an hour to get our pizzas for dinner
