Needs a lot of work

The location is great, maintenance staff is very kind and helpful, the condo is a different story. There is wine or something purple spilled down the wall of the first bath, the mold around the trim in that bathroom needs to be replaced, no broom to sweep up the sand, I bought one and left it for future guests, the furniture is busted up and the microwave door is being held on by tape. Very disappointed.

Definitely returning!

Great place, located in the most convenient area. Close to everything and in walking distance of nice of places to drink and have a good time for the adults. Gulf World is within walking distance as well for the kids. Beach access was also convenient. Code for the gym didn’t work for me, only downside. Everything else was great, balcony views created great vibes. The elevators were fine as I seen some bad reviews about them, there wasn’t a long wait time at all and we were there during bike week which was pretty busy. Internet also has 2 options, 1 for fast and a mediocre one. Both are decent. Great place though!

2023 Panama City Beach Vacation

Location was great! Unfortunately we had several issues with our stay. We registered our vehicle before arriving but received two parking violations. We had to pay the parking fee two times. The unit was nice, but the floor was sandy and I had to swipe up when we arrived. There were no pot holders in the kitchen for use when cooking.so I had to use the dish towel as a pot holder. Also the kitchen only had one big cooking pot, no small pots. WE are Georgia Bulldog fans and could not get the cable working so we missed the game. I did reach out to maintenance but we had already done trouble shooting, WE had gone down to the beach by the time maintenance return our call.

Perfect for us! We had a great week and we were very comfortable when we weren’t on the beach. Everything was clean and all appliances worked well. The condo sleeps seven but that would be tight. Four or less is best. We will definitely keep this place bookmarked!

Beautiful!

This property was even better than the pictures. Beautiful property, clean, bright, and airy. We can for my daughters softball World Series and it was the perfect getaway for my dad, 2 daughters, and niece. The pools were amazing and clean. The only con was slow elevators, but really it’s only slow on check in and check out day. Every other day it was fine!! Don’t skip this listing! It’s amazing

Great location

We had a great stay, condo was everything you could ask for in a vacation rental! Great kitchen, washer dryer, Wonderful views! Great barbecue Moe’s across the street, seafood on either side within walking distance! My wife walked to the pier shops! The gym was adequate for maintenance workouts, the area was safe for my walks! I played golf at Signal Hill GC, a good course, but not blow you away wow factor, but helped keep my game sharp! Parking was good, you don’t have to check in just go park and move your stuff in, the room, we didn’t like the Walmart grocery, Publix is better and only a little further, we had great burgers at gulf coast burgers, the grouper sandwich at sharkeys was better than Barefoot grill(too much bread) . The deck sloped takes some getting used to, if like me you have height issues. Great donuts to the East of building within walking distance. There’s was some work being done to the pool deck this had no effect on our trip! Our first time at PCB was a great success!

The property was great with a great balcony and view. The only down fall was lack of necessities like toilet paper (got one roll per bathroom for 5 people for a week), paper towels, blankets and sheets. But overall this place was great.

Smaller unit, broken counter top(missing a huge corner), crumbs on the floor and hair on the beds at check in, the bathroom light didn’t work but they did fix that the next day. Overall it was nice to go to the beach for a week but I won’t be reserving at this place again.

Summer vacation

The location was great it is in walking distance of everything. The view is beautiful but the room is much smaller than is appears in the pictures. It could use a paint job for sure and there was a lot of mold on the ceiling in the master bedroom because they don’t have a big enough fan. The reception is really bad and without the Wi-Fi it is almost impossible to use your phone, but luckily Rob was able to help us get the correct password so we could stay connected. The gym was great although we were given the wrong code to enter but lucky we were able to find a security guard who was able to give us the correct one. The paper they lay on you bar that gives you a number to call if you need something doesn’t work. The lady just says sorry we don’t manage that property she cared more about my reservation than the problem we were having with our neighbors who were playing very loud music late at night but luckily we beat hard enough on the wall that they eventually stopped. The next morning I went to the office and the lady in the office let me know they don’t manage that property which was so confusing because it is the front desk so you would think they take care of problems on the property. She said she would have security contact them to let them know the rules. Except for those few things it was great! Zollos the pizza place down the street is delicious you have to try it out.

Loved the heated pool for our little one, the balcony views were amazing - really nice furniture and atmosphere- only thing we thought needed work unfortunately -the rug was very dirty :-/ we have a crawler and it really needed to be vacuumed first and even washed bc very stained

The condo and the entire community was very clean all of the time! Great location, great pools, great beach! Our condo was perfect and was well represented in the pics from VRBO.
