Room was very clean. Kevin was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Centrally located close to the train station, restaurants and laundromat.I was able to control the A/C to warm up the room.

The quality of the room was poor and the staff were not very helpful. But we paid to stay next to the train station.

The room was actually a bit larger than expected. We had a comfortable bed and an excellent shower. Air conditioning worked very well. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. We had booked a superior room. The building was completely obscured by scaffolding which meant we had difficulty finding it. We had not been informed of this. Then the view from our superior bedroom was only of scaffolding, making the room very dark. The stalk of the bedside light on one side of the bed was broken, rendering it useless, there were at least two loose tiles on the bathroom floor, making the floor unsafe, there was black hair on the wash-hand basin (neither my husband nor I have black hair!), the bedside cabinets were sloping downwards, which meant we couldn’t place a drink on them and the tea/coffee station had not be refilled. The reception staff were pleasant. However, overall it was not a good experience.

Entire facade was under renovation. Any view we did have blocked by scaffolding. Wifi network not working until later that night. Room clean but hotel not what I think of as a three star. It was very convenient for access to Metro and gare de Lyon though which was a main priority.

Terrible experience—what a shame! Construction work went on all day, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the staff was extremely unpleasant. Overall, a truly disappointing stay.

There’s a construction going on at the property and out side by the entrance, some homeless left some garbage. It was not cleaned at all, I saw the garage when I checked in and it was still there after 3 days when I checked out.

Great location. Within five minute walk from the central train station. About 45 minutes from Charles de Gaulle airport. Lots of restaurant options. Very close to the metro station. Through the metro, with a day pass, you can pretty much see the whole city of Paris And all the iconic places like Eiffel Tower, Arc De Triumph, Notre Dame, Cathedral, and Secor cathedral. Very good breakfast. Free bottled water. Excellent value for Paris!
