Lovely well run hotel. The staff were most helpful. In a questionnaire completed I advised I was travelling for my birthday and there was a happy birthday banner and gift in my room for me. After3pm each day there are complimentary teas anc coffees and light snacks provided. Would recommend

Absolutely excellent

Truly a spotless hotel. Cleanliness is on par or beyond the finest properties. The staff is very unusually warm, friendly and helpful. The air conditioning works great. The rooms are small, but worked well for us. Loved the location. I’d absolutely stay again. highly recommended.

Extremely quiet. Staff was super helpful. Christophe at the evening/over night front desk was a great. Loved his music selection. The champagne at the drink bar was wonderful. Everyone was helpful at every level. The hotel and room was extremely clean. Hotel is close to transport. One minus was the air conditioning would turn off or down at night. I probably didn’t take the time to learn or ask how it works. Stayed there in August 2025.

Lovely stay

First our airline misplaced our checked in bags and our hotel in Paris held onto them for us until we arrived. They also had the bags in our room when we arrived after midnight. The staff went above and beyond. There was an elevator and air conditioned rooms.

A Magical, Comfortable Stay

This was our location for our first two nights in Paris, and next time I'll stay longer. Hotel Des Arts is a wonderful hotel with an excellent staff. The location allowed us to explore all that Montmartre had to offer and come back for a very comfortable night in our cozy sixth-floor room with a view of Sacré-Cœur over Paris rooftops. We also had the full moon on view from our window, but I don't think the hotel arranged that :-) We enjoyed the complementary glasses of champagne, but, really, we just loved the art-focused interior; the professional, polite, and accommodating staff; and proximity to cafes, boulangeries, and Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre.

Perfectly situated on the fringe of the busy Montmartre area such that it's quiet at nighttime and you gets peaceful rest after a busy day exploring. Hotel offers complimentary refreshments and toiletries. The bedlinen is smooth and pleasant to sleep in. Art work around the hotel is inspiring.

Hotel des Arts is a lovely hotel in Montmartre Paris. We loved our stay. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable. The rooms were very small but had everything needed to make our stay comfortable. We skipped the breakfast service but there were some snacks available in the afternoon that were complimentary. The location could not be better, steps from shopping and brasseries.

A gem of a hotel in Montmatre!

This is just a delightful hotel in the heart of Montmatre. It's within walking distance of charming options and lots of history. The staff couldn't be nicer, the rooms modern and lovely, and the AC worked PERFECTLY in the heat of summer. A small note -- the hotel breakfast is indeed "above average" as opposed to "excellent". But for the price, it is a great option, as most breakfast options close by will charge the same or more. Otherwise, I have no notes .. 10/10!
