With space for up to 4 guests and unique, characterful features, this apartment is an ideal home-from-home. Parc Monceau, Place de Clichy and the theatre district are all on the doorstep.

The living room includes beautiful high ceilings and cornicing features, alongside an eclectic mix of artistic and vintage furnishings. There is a large sofa for relaxing, a wooden side table and a television.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is petite but perfectly formed, complete with all the amenities you will need during your stay.
DINING ROOM
The dining area offers a circular table in dark wood, with surrounding chairs. Artwork hangs on the surrounding walls. This room also includes a handy retractable ceiling bed. It's perpendicular to the wall and can be pulled down for use if you need space for an extra two guests.
MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom benefits from lovely high ceilings, a four-poster bed and a large bookcase. The space is decorated with great art, a mid-century chest-of-drawers and vintage wooden armchairs.
BATHROOM
The bathroom offers a bath, overhead shower, WC and basin, with bright blue tiling and wooden panelling.
**To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.**
