Everything was amazing house was stunning everything was clean and plenty of activities to do I wish I would Have ordered the pool heater turned on because it was freezing !! So we didn’t enjoy any pool time , But now I know if u wanna enjoy a pool this time of year in Arizona order the heater!!

We loved this house
.It is spacious, clean and well stocked with everything we needed and then some. The neighborhood was perfectly located and quiet. We had trouble leaving the house! The bed was supremely comfortable, they provided plenty of towels for bath and pool. The whole experience from check in to check out was seamless and straight forward.

Coastal gem in the desert We loved our time here! The whole house had a beautiful coastal vibe that was consistent in every room — super thoughtful design choices that made the space feel relaxing and elevated.The amenities were spot-on. Tons of linens, kitchenware, and appliances made it easy to settle right in. The outdoor area was perfect for hanging out — plenty of seating, fun games, pool toys, and great lighting for evenings outside.Check-in was super simple and the staff was easy to reach whenever we had a question. We were totally comfortable the whole stay and had such a great time.Would 100% book again!

Graduation Stay

We rented this house while out for our son’s ASU graduation. It was perfect! Exactly what we needed. The living space is very large between the kitchen, dinning and living room. The outdoor space around the pool was above our expectations. Cornhole and ping pong were provided in the pool area. The host even supplied pool towels which doesn’t normally happen. Great location to the ASU campus as well. We will definitely rent here again when we come back to the area!

Arizona Sun & Private Pool Bliss

The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful—checking in to make sure everything was perfect.The location was ideal—peaceful and private, yet close enough to explore nearby hikes, local restaurants, ASU baseball stadium and shops. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable stay in Arizona. I’ll definitely be back!

This home is immaculate! Not only that, the furniture and beds were very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need! We especially enjoyed lounging poolside during the day. The neighborhood is quiet and very conveniently located. Beautiful!

This home was clean, spacious, comfortable, and fun! I have 4 kids 9yr old and younger and we were all very comfortable and has such a lovely time in the pool and watched movies and the super comfy couch. I highly recommend this place!

Summer Getaway

Overall the house was great! The master bedroom was a bit warm compared to the rest of the house, but it was also 114 degrees outside the week we were there. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds were comfortable, and the couch & TV were awesome! Lots of great communal space. We would definitely book again.

A wonder! So easy to entertain family at this quiet get-away. Everyone was happy and plenty of space to have fun in the pool, doing activities or relax quietly. Two hands up from my gang was the vote!

Not so much of a retreat

This was the first vacation we had taken in 9 years. I booked a year in advance thats how excited we were to go to Arizona for a graduation. The picture of this house look beautiful so we were disappointed to find the outdoor furniture sun damaged and covered in bird poop not to mention a used bandage by the pool. All of this we felt we could over look as the most important part was a vacation with family. However after spending four days without hot water we will never uses this site again. In addition to having to call the property manager over and over, email and text she was very unresponsive and most of the time didn't answer the phone, she never even called to see if everythingwas fine. If that wasn't bad enough the second bathroom toilet needing repaired as it was leaking. The property manager said she would only give us a credit for one day of our trip without hot water but as of today that has not been done. We have told all our friends, family, and co-workers about our experience with this trip. This rental had alot of promises and with a little care and upkeep this would have been a dream. Seems after you received our money for this trip it didn't really matter if we had a good time a clean as pictured property or even hit water. We will lookat other sites for all future trips.

Arizona Spring Break

Perfect place to spend Spring Break. House was just as described. Pool was awesome! Loved playing ping pong and baggo outside. This is a family neighborhood, so I wouldn’t recommend to a group wanting to party. It worked great for our family of 4!

Amazing house

This house was everything you could hope for. Being in IT, the internet speed and caffeine were the most important. 600/30 was great and the Keurig is dual pot or pod so bases covered lol. Seriously, everything was clean and well stocked. I think there is dishes for 12. Little chilly in Feb but the outdoor bar with its own fridge and pool will be a big hit. The main room TV is huge 80+ inch and the couch could sleep 3 adults. I can imagine 10 tweens laying on it buried in their phones no problem. About the highest praise I can give is that I'm looking to reserve it again and my friends visiting from Texas that saw it are reserving it also.

Fantastic Place

Overall impression of this property is that it's great. It is relatively new to the market so a couple bugs to work out such as TV's working and access to the bar outside, otherwise, Great place. I would rent it again. The management team is very responsive to any issues.
