This is an amazing property. You feel so safe. It is big enough to offer many things but small enough that it is all walkable. This was my second visit to this resort. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Jovita one of the servers is so kind efficient and lovely to chat with. The entertainment staff is amazing and works so hard all day to keep everyone having fun especially Luna. The restaurant choices are decent but a few more options would be nice.

The room was clean, spacious- we had a shower with 2 rainfall heads and a spa tub and a swim out pool. 10/10. The staff were friendly and attentive, always greeting us with a drink either at the lobby or dinner lol Everything felt well maintained and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The dining was good, buffet was fresh, room service was great and even had late night snacks. The pool did close at 8 (even our room one) which was odd. The beach had a smell I believe was from the seaweed, which neither of these things affected our time. We found a great travel company on the resort to book to go to Tulum which was about an hour away, recommended for sure. I would definitely recommend this resort.

Great staff. Food was average. We didn’t get an upset stomach from food or water (all water served is filtered). Rooms and overall buildings in need of an update, but acceptable, certainly for the price. The location is beautiful and we had a great time.

Beautiful property. Access to the family resort connected. It’s on a conservation area so if you’re not a fan of animals (specifically the coati) then this is not the place for you. They are cute but run free
