The property was extremely overcrowded, which significantly impacted the overall experience. Service was well below expectations — I had to repeatedly remind staff to clean the room, and even then, the cleaning was superficial at best. The food was decent, but there was always a wait just to get a seat at the buffet. The dining area was chaotic, and the servers seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. Even getting a glass of water required multiple requests, let alone ordering any other drinks. Overall, not the relaxing stay I was hoping for.

**Terrible Resort Experience – June 24-29** I rarely write reviews, but after the week my family and I just endured, I feel compelled to share our experience to help others avoid the same mistake. From the moment we arrived on June 24, things went downhill fast. We waited 45 minutes just to check in, only to be directed to a BBQ buffet that was infested with flies. Not exactly the welcome anyone would expect from a "resort." We had booked through Expedia, which turned out to be a major issue. Because of this, we were told we weren’t “in the system” and could not make dinner reservations until the next day. That meant no restaurant access on our first night, as all dinner options require a reservation — and those restaurants don’t even open until 6 p.m. In the meantime, we were forced to eat at buffets that were overrun with flies and birds flying freely indoors. Hygiene was clearly not a priority. Our room was shocking. Black mold lined the bathroom walls, thick dust was caked onto the walls, and the headboard was visibly filthy. The couch had white stains, and the floors were disgusting — within 10 minutes, my children's feet were black. It stayed that way the entire trip, despite housekeeping visits. The room was beyond unacceptable. The pool, which is a major attraction for families, closed at 6 p.m. every night not family friendly. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY OR FAMILY TIME HERE.

Of course! Here’s the updated short review with your additional points: ⸻ Terrible Experience – Ruined Our Vacation Our stay at Grand Sirenis Punta Cana was a nightmare. The lobby and furniture were dirty, the beach loungers were old, and the water park was outdated. I asked the cleaning lady several times to clean our room, but she completely ignored me. No bottled water was available at the bars or restaurants, and no one came to fix our clogged bathroom despite repeated calls. I was traveling with a baby and had to search for another hotel during our trip. After two miserable days, we finally found a great hotel with excellent service. Avoid this resort—it ruined our vacation.

Mi estancia fue horrible. El servicio de habitación muy pobre, tenía que llamar para las toallas y las sábanas porque no las reponían en tiempo. En el buffet había mucha desorganización , las mesas no estaban listas con sus cubiertos y vasos cuando te asignaban tu puesto. El personal del bufett, carecía de entrenamiento, muy mala educación y modales, al punto de presenciar discusiones entre los trabajadores en frente de los clientes. Los camareros del bufet eran pocos y no daban continuidad a tu pedido, por lo que en ocasiones olvidaban hasta lo que le habías ordenado. El game center estaba cerrado y el bar de la plaza los equipos no funcionaban tampoco. En el restaurante francés estuvimos 2 horas y media y nadie iba a darnos explicaciones sobre la demora de la orden, un desastre. La disponibilidad de cubiertos era mínima y en la piscina no había camareros tomando órdenes. En el único lugar que nos sentimos a gusto fue en el restaurante italiano, donde el servicio de Daniel fue excelente, al igual que el de Anderson y Sugeiry. En general el grupo familiar terminó muy decepcionado de todo. Definitivamente no les recomiendo este sitio, perderán su dinero y además terminarán estresados en sus vacaciones.
