We had a wonderful stay at this all-inclusive resort! There was a good variety of activities, and the different restaurant options were definitely worth it, offering diverse and tasty meals. The decorations, especially for Halloween, were fun and festive. Our room was very clean, and the beach was beautiful. Overall, it was a great experience with friendly and welcoming staff.

Do not go here! They are rated high for cleanliness but that is not true. Bed sheets upon arrival were stained and dingy. We kept putting the sign on our bed to change sheets with a money tip and they kept making our beds with the same sheets (we know because there was a brown stain on the corner of sheets and it was there daily). Towels are stained. They don’t wipe down tables in main buffets. They quickly remove dirty dishes and put new ones there. This place is disgustung!!! Pool has a lot of debris and garbage and also empty cups all over the shallow parts. Staff barely speak or understand English. Example: they would get confused when I asked for a tissue or straw. Food options are horrible! Cheapest and lowest quality of food. I noticed most times the food was cold (ex: fries are stale and cold). The staff are not friendly at all. They only want to service you if you provide a tip. Do not stay here!! This is an honest review!!!!

Everything was excellent, Food, clean room, nicely staff, I highly recommend to everyone with good price, you can have great time in this place, the only thing that I need to mention is 98% of their staff were unable to speak English even one word, for example I said “ give me 1 min” he couldn’t understand what I am saying and the other thing all shows were in Spanish it means if you did not know Spanish you couldn’t get what is going on. anyway we had great time and definitely I will be back here again.

The staff at this property does not speak a lick of English, it's very hard to understand what they are saying, This property does not cater to English speaking people,most times we were ignored when trying to get services, that is unacceptable,the entertainment was below average. None of the food was hot or good.The property rooms need a full upgrade. I understand most staff members speak Spanish but it should be a requirement to understand English. I wouid not recommend this property.

I had a great stay! The resort is clean, safe, and comfortable. The staff are always smiling and quick to help with any questions or issues. The food was average but fine, and the beach vendors are polite — just say no if you’re not interested. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing experience. I’d definitely come back again!
