Stay away if you’re not Italian. Weird experience.

Upon arrival they handed us keys to the room they said was ours. With three days left in our visit they called us asking us to check out. We went down to see what was going on and apparently we were supposed to be staying in another room. The younger lady at the front desk was visibly upset with us as if we changed rooms and was giving us attitude about it. She then informed us that we owed close to $80 euros in taxes for our stay, we were there for 7 days so we were a bit shocked as the city tax is only €2 per night. We had to call over our Italian friend who we were visiting to come talk to them. After they spoke that fee magically went away. The air conditioner in the room is not doing anything at all and the room was so tiny it barely had room for our two suitcases. The bed was like cardboard and the pillows were flat as a pancake. It was an overall bad experience and would definitely never stay there again. I’m not sure if they were trying to pull a fast one on us because they could barely speak English and try to make us pay more because we couldn’t defend ourselves in Italian. Just found it weird that the tax vanished once our Italian friend spoke to them.

Et fint lite hotell med optimal beliggenhet nært stranden og handle/restaurantgaten i Riccione. Ingen luksus, litt små bad, men hvem tilbringer mye tid på rommet i Riccione, ikke jeg!? Veldig hyggelig rengjøringspersonale, verdens triveligste og koseligste damer!

Soggiorno discreto,stanza quadrupla un pò piccola e con armadio e cassetti praticamente inesistenti. Il vero problema oggettivo è stato il non poter stendere teli da mare e costumi da bagno per assenza totale di "stenditoio" sia interno che esterno. Colazione dolce e salata nella norma. Nota negativa, mi è stato chiesto di pagare nuovamente il conto a fine soggiorno, nonostante l'avessi già pagato sul sito Hotels.com, già inoltrata segnalazione al servizio clienti della carta di credito.

Sejour professionnel. Hotel situé en front de mer. Chambre propre. Petit bémol sur l'insonorisation. Que ce soit à l’intérieur de l’hôtel ou à l'exterieur. Dans les couloirs on entend toutes les TV des chambres. J'avais une chambre vue mer, route passante en bas, et on entendait fortement les voitures.

Hotel centrale e molto bello (solo) esternamente. Peccato per le camere piccolissime e veramente poco pulite. Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti con gentilezza, il personale è cordiale e educato. L'aria condizionata fuori uso a causa di un sensore mal collegato. Divertente il proprietario che mentre serve i pasti si lecca le dita con gusto... La cucina, gustosa e sempre variata, davvero ok. La signora meno disponibile e decisamente seccata alle nostre richieste. Non ci siamo sentiti come ospiti, ma come scocciatori. Davvero un peccato perché eravamo alla ricerca di un posto dove passare sempre le nostre vacanze. Un'occasione persa e anche due clienti che non torneranno.

Buongiorno, ho soggiornato in questo hotel dal 23/08/2014 al 28/08/2014 la posizione del hotel è ottimale a due passi da Viale Ceccherini e Piazzale Dante......ma in quanto mi ha fatto cambiare subito idea è il personale poco Disponibile e poco cortese anche la titolare molto sgarbata e maleducata......In questo hotel non c'è un po' di privacy....L'unica cosa di buono è stata la Colazione abbondante e ottima....per tutto il resto questo soggiorno in hotel è da dimenticare......
