The bar and restaurant were both closed during my stay, very odd for a premium hotel in the center of downtown. Had to order from DoorDash.. or venture out alone late at night.

Can't think of any complaints

I had a work conference across the street at the Marriott. The room rates and parking rates at Hotel Zelos were much better than even the conference rate. They accommodated my family of 4 well. My son lost his cell in the bedding and the hotel contacted the laundry service and was able to locate and ship back the phone. Clean up-to-date hotel with everything that I need in a hotel.

The room was nice enough but there is very little "temporary" parking up front and I could not find the entrance on my own. The address is almost invisible from the street. The restaurant was nice and they do offer complacentry coffee in the morning. The price of the cocktails is way overpriced for what you get. But they are located next to some very good restaurants in walking distance.
