Excellent staff! Very helpful. Our flight was cancelled so we booked this last minute and they were able to provide us with shuttle service from the airport within minutes. Upon arrival, we were helped with our bags to our room. Close to airport and a great price for a last minute booking.

Overall stay was good. Front Desk staff was warm and attentive. Only challenge was on arrival. We travelled with 3 Adults and a 2 year old child. The gentleman that greeted us on entry, brought over a trolly and just left it for us to pack and take to the room. We had 6 Suitcases, a child seat and a stroller. This was quite difficult to load and I got stuck with the trolly entering the elevator. Someone from Frontdesk had to come to assist me to get out of the elevator. Other than an unhelpful attendant on arrival. We enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was good as well. There was coffee and tea available 24/7

We stayed only one night but found the property located next to a convenient McDonalds and not far from the airport. They provided a free shuttle. By the time we arrived for breakfast, most of it was gone but it looked like it would have been substantial.
