La Mer-Athon est situé dans le quartier de Blue Mountain Beach avec un accès dédié à la plage! Ce 4 chambres / 3. 5 bains maison a un pool-house, piscine privée chauffée en option, garage pour deux voitures, voiturette de golf de six passagers, et belle clôture dans la cour.

Plan d'étage ouvert spacieux au premier étage avec des plafonds de dix pieds et des finitions personnalisées. Le salon dispose d'un grand téléviseur à écran plat avec un canapé-lit queen. La salle à manger dispose d'une grande table à manger de ferme avec des sièges pour toute la famille avec banquette assise sur un côté.

La cuisine est un délice pour les gourmets avec des comptoirs en quartz, des appareils en acier inoxydable, des petits appareils KitchenAid, un bureau intégré avec accès WiFi et est ouverte sur la salle à manger et le salon. Les autres caractéristiques comprennent une machine à glaçons et un réfrigérateur à vin. Vous trouverez la première des quatre chambres au rez-de-chaussée. Cette chambre se trouve du côté ouest de la maison et dispose d'un bain en marbre et carrelé commun et offre une vue magnifique sur la piscine et le pool house.

À l'étage, vous trouverez une grande suite parentale avec un bar-café, une chambre séparée avec lits superposés et un balcon panoramique où vous pourrez profiter de la merveilleuse brise du golfe et des couchers de soleil célèbres dans le monde entier. La deuxième suite parentale comprend un coin salon, une baignoire privée entièrement carrelée en marbre et un balcon donnant sur la piscine. Une laveuse et une sécheuse superposées se trouvent au deuxième étage, en plus de la laveuse et de la sécheuse dans le garage.

Really great property - outside area was perfect with two families of little kids. Beach was extremely walkable and golf cart made getting to restaurants easy. House was beautiful and well stocked.

Family Vacation

Perfect house for our family of 8! The house had everything needed for dinner nights in and it was a short distance from a few great restaurants! The golf cart and bikes made it an easy trip to the beach. The pool/pool house was a great way to end our days on the beach! We highly recommend this house!

Great house and location!

My family and I had a very relaxing vacation. The house was great! Exactly how it was described in the write-up. Pool was nice and the backyard space was a lot of fun! My kids loved the foosball table! Would highly recommend!

Best Family Beach House!!

We visit the 30a area every year. This home is by far the best. Kids 15-6 loved the foosball, bunk room and pool. The large table fit all 9 of us for big family dinners. Comfortable beds, great lighting, labeled drawers and light switches! The very best part was the short walk to blue mountain beach, coffee shop virtually across the street. I could go on…great property management!

Family Vacation

Lots of little things to deal with over the first few days but the property manager was responsive and resolved everything. Location and pool are a plus. Cleanliness was lacking - floors were dirty, bathroom baseboards caked with dust and hair (I used Clorox wipes to clean) and lots of dust in the upstairs bedrooms. For those who want a true master bedroom and master bath - this house does not offer that. The master bedroom shares the master bath with the room w 4 bunks. Not ideal for us - others may not mind.

Great place to stay and relax with the family

The property was as shown in the pictures. Great space and a lovely place to stay. The outside pool and garden house was a brilliant extra to the property and we really enjoyed that area. The children loved the pool and having it heated meant we could use it from early morning to late evening in January. Would definitely stay again and was happy that the property was up to the standard shown as we came all the way from Cornwall in the UK to stay at blue mountain/ Santa Rosa. The golf cart was amazing to have and use around the local area. Thanks

Enjoyable fall break!

We enjoyed everything about the house. It was perfect for our group which included 9 people and two families. We really enjoyed the pool house. The only complaint was there was no service for the pool house TV. We were able to connect it to our own phone based wifi router and use it thought. They were trying to get a new cable box but not in time for us to use it.

Great location

Great location, close to the beach, restaurants. Backyard was a bit tore up from the storm the previous day but only took a minute to clean up. Pool heater was not turned on for 2 days and had to ask the pool guy who came to turn it on to clean the pool but he did it quickly and it was sparkling clean. Never got really warm but it was refreshing when it needed to be so all good. Beds were comfortable and really liked the guest bedroom on the first level.

Great for Families

This property was great. Proximity to the beach was good and the golf cart made it so easy. Well equipped kitchen and nice appliances. The space was great for large groups- plenty of seating and entertainment space and 2 washers/dryers. The outdoor space was partially shaded, so great for some and the outdoor entertainment area was perfect for evenings. We have stayed on 30A several times, but I loved the pact of crowds in this area. The only thing I would recommend for the home is washcloths for bathrooms and better/more toilet paper. If I was picky I would have liked beach service as part of the rental as the public area is small- but this is available to purchase. All in all we would definitely return.

The pool was great with heat for cool nights also. We enjoyed the kitchen it was spacious and equipped for cooking with a large family. The backyard is beautifully landscaped with outdoor space to gather and eat, watch tv, or swing and watch the sunset. The golf cart was a plus to ride down to the beach accesses. The kids enjoyed the bunk room, pool and foosball game. Our family will come back next year :)

The backyard and pool area is better than the pictures show. The golf cart was fun and we enjoyed the bikes. The beach is a short walk or 2 minute golf cart ride away. Parking can be tricky on busy days.Overall, we had a great time. Just a few maintenance type issues that can be fixed - mainly the wifi which was super spotty.
