Appears the owners are not putting any profit back into the upkeep of the house. Where do I beginâŠ.. The built-in microwave did not work so they had a cheap countertop one instead; the fridge had a drawer and several shelves missing; adequate but mediocre cookware; they literally had only four spoons in the utensils; a pillow case was soiled/ used upon check-in and it took three days to replace; one pillow has two pillow cases because housekeeping was too lazy to find a larger size and it took three days to get a new one; the grill was filthy and propane entirely empty and it took four days to fix the issue; the majority of blinds did not work and/ or had the draw strings broken; numerous large stains on the couch/ chairs/ benches; the roof leaked in several places when it rained; no outdoor hose to wash off beach things; various marks on the walls throughout the house; limited poor shelves in each of the bedrooms closets; the management company was quick to respond but very slow to get anything repaired; burned out lights in the kitchen, living room, and frig upon check-in; the home did not have beach chairs/ umbrellas/ toys/ etc that many houses offer.
It is conveniently located to beach, main square, pool, tennis courts and workout center. For the money, there are better much better alternatives.
For the fees Homeownerâs Collection is charging, they did a poor job of responding to issues and maintaining the property.
