"The hotel was overbooked . I paid nearly 250 EUR per night and they offered me a dark room at low level -with narrow view on a shaft.. I changed to a room for handicapped people with ruined furniture with a view on the entrance to the car park and noise from there and ventilation machines - I was told this was the only room left … the mattress was bad .. advertisement of the room on Expedia did not fit at all to what I experienced on site . Would never go there again . The only positive thing I may highlight is that the staff was very friendly and tried to help .. "
