Rooms were a little dated but clean and large. They did not have a mini frig for refrigerated medicines or drinks and left over food. We stayed here at the beginning and end of our cruise. They did offer a shuttle bus service to and from the cruise port for a cost of about $50 per person and a free shuttle service to and from the nearby Sea-Tac Airport. On our return stay the pool and hot tub was out of order. They did let us check in but the room was at the furthest point of the hotel. It was a huge complex which was good and bad. Extremely busy place. Two places to eat on site, one for lunch and dinner with a bar (limited menu) and the other a buffet breakfast dinning area with a large selection plus made to order omelets. There were a few other restaurants and fast foods across the street with less costly food choices. Rates were reasonable and you get what you pay for. This is not a luxury hotel but served it’s purpose.

Multiple black hairs in the bathroom sink. Towels were rough and old. When we walked past the pool at check in we noticed orange cones around the pool so later I asked two people at the front desk if the pool was open they said yes. I explained the cones and the fact that no one was swimming so the girl at the desk called someone and she came back with the response that it’s been closed for two days!

Felt very safe and relatively quiet, loved that the bistro offered take out, room coffee was mediocre, shower didn't drain well. Loved the frequency of the airport shuttle. Staff were exceptional

Everything was great except, we went into the restaurant. Waited a good 15 minutes. Made eye contact with both servers and we were never even acknowledged. We got up and left and still nothing. We will stay at the hotel but never go into that restaurant again.

The “spa tub” is not a hot tub. The jets do not work and the water is not warm. It is essentially a small outdoor swimming pool next to a large swimming pool. Everything besides the room costs a lot extra. Parking in their lot is 40 dollars a night. The lounge is fine but a glass of wine will be 20 dollars. Breakfast buffet is nice enough but for thirty dollars I would expect more than eggs and potatoes. Seems like this place is banking on people wanting to feel like VIP’s. The warm cookie is their nicest amenity which is why they advertise it on their bus. It’s the only free amenity they really provide. Free cookie, 40 dollar parking. Just saying. The hotel is nice but don’t expect it to feel luxurious.
