Great motorway/Slough hotel. A welcome surprise

Clean good size room, nice quality decor and decent breakfast. A step up from most motorway located hotels. Good access to M4 and short journey to Heathrow if required at decent price.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars Title: Loved my stay – especially the amazing Indian restaurant! I stayed at this hotel for two nights and absolutely loved it. Everything was smooth and hassle-free, from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, clean, and really comfortable – exactly what I needed for a relaxing stay. The highlight, though, was the Indian restaurant on-site. Honestly, it served the best curry I’ve had in a long time – full of flavour, perfectly cooked, and really authentic. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, I’d recommend visiting just for the food! The location was also great – well connected and easy to get around. All in all, a brilliant stay. I’d definitely return!

Birthday breakaway

The food was great, the only flaw being we had to get up to get the bill on the first night. Staff recognised my hidden disability lanyard and went the extra step to help me. Including giving us free parking when the system confused me. Unfortunately the bed and pillows were very hard which led to us both having very poor sleep. Also we noticed the soap was out in the shower and put the refresh hanger on. This led to clean towels but not refilled soap. We had to ask at the front desk to get this sorted. Later the soap by the sink ran out so I feel this is something that needs more attention.

Cheap, comfortable, accessible and spacious. All foreign staff - would of liked a mix. Indian restaurant was first rate, cheap and large portions. Rooms comfortable like premier inn but in need of some maintenance - light fittings and bath taps and plugs lose. Hotel is convenient for Windsor and just out the way enough from dreary Slough. Parking was great.

The staff behind the front desk were all miserable to deal with, none of them were pleasant and shouldn't be working in the service industry. The hotel room doesn't allow local calls to be made so I asked the front desk to call on my behalf, they did and then told me the number wasn't local and I needed to pay $21L afterwards. I argued that this should have been mentioned BEFORE the call was made (dialed by their staff), I later found out that the numbers dialed were NOT a long distance call at all, they were local numbers - very happy I didn't pay for this scam! I do NOT recommend this hotel.

The staff were generally friendly and helpful. The food was good both evening meal and breakfast. We upgraded our room but the room itself was tired and shabby in places. There was a stain on the bath, something missing from the bathroom door (only the glue remaining), wardrobe handles were loose, carpet well worn and rippled and generally below standard for a "better" room. We had to ask for our robes, had no slippers or drinks supplied in our fridge - none of these were rectified after being cleaned either. Bed was very comfortable and the drinks voucher was a nice touch. Parking at £10 per 24 hours is expensive. No option to have less than 24 hours - annoying given we needed to check out at 8.15am!
