Lovely hotel, buy parking could be better

Came here for Galaxycon. Great location with the Arch just across the street. Parking was hit and miss though. For some reason you have to tell someone when you check in that you want to self-park otherwise using your room key to leave and come back doesn't work. Plus their parking garage can fill up easily so you'll have to use one a few intersections over which is annoying. I picked this hotel cause it had its own dedicated parking garage and wouldn't have to deal with using a public one.

I chose this hotel not only for its Gateway Arch view but also because of its close proximity to the landmark. Once I arrived, I realized it was even closer and more visible than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel has a steakhouse inside, which was quite convenient for dinner despite being busy. The room was clean and well-organized, though it felt a bit small. One downside was the main entrance—it’s quite narrow, which made check-in a bit challenging. I hope this can be improved in the future.
