This was my favorite hotel in Japan. I was so close to the Shinjuku station for easy transportation. They also have a breakfast option which came really handy. Mostly because our jet lag has us waking up at 5AM and most restaurants open at 10-11AM.

The staff was excellent. I thought I hurt my back after we arrived. The next morning I asked a lady at the front desk if she could help me find a clinic to have it looked at. She was so fast. Pulled out a binder and called for me. They weren't open but an hour later she had an appt for me within 30 minutes. I found out later it was a kidney stone. I would not have known where to go without their help. Greatly appreciate the staff. Would come back again!!!

Centrally located and nice staff

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Hteat bathroom ameneties. But bathroom needed an update in my opinion, for the rates charged. Shower doors or at least a curved shower rod vs a basic shower curtain, along with a higher countertop would be ideal. It was a stretch to brush my teeth and I'm ceetainly not tall.

I’d say it’s the most value for money that you will get around the area. Their rooms are considerably larger than what you would get in the area. Location is good. Quiet but still a few steps away from a mall and subway station.
