The whole family adults and children really enjoyed the Sky Plaza Ibasho. The children had so much fun spending time at the play area. Such beautiful views and a great spot to watch the light show at the Metropolitan Government Building.

Staff are very friendly and have a lot of services on site. Center point to Shinjuku station to get around Tokyo. Breakfast was delicious and they always took care of our room. Only slight downside on this stay is they are going through renovations on some floors and so two elevators in our tower were down which sometimes caused delays getting up and down from our room. Other than that, this is my second time staying at Keio because I think it is well worth it!

Convenient location. Room was clean and service was good. There was a slightly unpleasant smell in the rooms. Elevator was very slow going up to the rooms due to renovations.

This hotel would be considered as a great property back in 90s but it’s so outdated for 2025. For example, all lights in the room were manually operated (no card), old showers with disgusting traditional sower curtains, old faucets etc. This is not comparable with the modern facilities if someone’s visiting Tokyo for vacation.
