Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities

I’ll keep this short and direct.
The room cleanliness was unacceptable. There was semen on the curtain, and the bathroom contained extensive black mold, which is a serious health concern.
The staff’s response was deeply disappointing. There was absolutely no apology, no concern, and no sincerity shown. When we requested a room change, we were moved from room 08 to room 07 next door.
Unfortunately, the second room was no improvement. Black mold was again present, indicating this is not an isolated issue but a broader maintenance problem.
Breakfast was underwhelming and did not reflect what is advertised on the website. The selection was very limited.
If you choose to stay at a Mitsui property, I strongly recommend the Mitsui Garden Hotel rather than the Premier.
This hotel is outdated, poorly maintained, and operated by staff who appear disengaged from guest well-being and service standards
