Very average place. Rooms were very small. Carpet in room was all torn up in the room. Compared to the Kyoto Royal Park this is not in the same league. The other Royal Park gave us complementary happy hour everyday and afternoon snacks which this one did not. Would not return here. Not the friendliest staff. Very outdated rooms. Needs a facelift. They all need to add cable tv to the rooms for foreigners. Nothing to watch on tv.

Everything was great, very convenient subway with various lines making easy to navigate to all the attractions or close by taxi at night. The room was clean and had a great view.
