The in room washer/dryer is a fantastic option - it allows you to pack less and do more shopping. The room was very small for 2 people. The area has a lot of good food options and is walkable to the main shopping areas in GINZA. Would stay again, but would consider a bigger room.

The female front desk staff at night was a anob and a kurt. I delivered my luggage for Airporterpick up at 3:30am she was unhappy and barely wanted to help. Other staff were helpfl and accommodating.

Overall great. In room washer/dryer a major plus. Staff and cleaning staff were as usual professional and nice. The only room for improvement (still the same as I’ve stayed here multiple times) is that the carpet and walls tend to have stains or marks.
