The staff was great. Most important to me is that things are clean which everything was ! I would totally stay there again. The only down side is there is a hospital next door but if you're a sound sleeper no problem 😊 occasional access ♿♿

It was perfect. Staff was so helpful, as this was our first visit to Vancouver. The hotel and restaurant are both very nice. The room- bed, pillows, amenities in room were all very good.

Great view, with a clean spacious room. The only notes I have is that our bathroom did not have a fan. This made it very hot in the bathroom when taking a shower. The other note is that the we were having some issues with the tempreature of the room the ac w I liked that there was the offer for a voucher to the cafe for skipping housecleaning. That was a good incentive. The cafe had good food and lots of options.
