We chose this property because the listing included air conditioning. The listing was wrong and has been corrected, but the property manager was never in contact with us during our stay to try and mitigate the problems. The windows in this unit only open a couple of inches, so we couldn't keep the bedrooms cool, even when the temps dropped at night. It is located near downtown Winter Park, which meant that it was noisy at night with the windows open. We would not have rented this property if the listing had been correct and the property manager was never in contact with us to find a better solution. We've stayed in the mountains before during hot weather and we know we need air conditioning or good air flow to sleep comfortably at night. Other than that it was clean and very well furnished.
