Portola Hotel & Spa at Monterey Bay
My stay was not what I expected for the amount I paid. I could not turn on the shower and it was too late to call someone to fix it so I had to wash myself with your towels but I really wanted to take a shower!!

Big Sur Lodge
Disappointing, Lodge not ready, no Internet or TV available. Staff tended to be young and inexperienced. Redeaming feature was the Big Sur state park where Lodge is situated was amazingly beautiful.
