Parking was adequate for amount of rooms . I had no parking issues. Room clean. I must say we got a good night's rest. A great family location. Get a upper room if foot traffic above you is bothersome. I'm not a big user of wifi. Restaurants are great close by .

SCP Mendocino Coast Lodge
Great view, other than that it feels more like a budget hotel. The restaurant onsite is very expensive and totally disappointing. Will not stay again

Seabird Lodge
It was ok, but not quite what we had expected/hoped for. Bed/matrass was very comfortable. Lightbulb 1 of the bedside lamps burned out. Bathroom: Sink was not draining, backed up. Kitchenette: not worth the extra $$. No drinking glasses, only 1 fork, no way to wash dishes: no dish drainer, sponge, ...
