Clean and functional room and hotel, good breakfast, peaceful setting and next to canal and next to Burton waters marina which is lovely and has good restaurants. Approx 10 minutes drive into Lincoln, also the 77 bus stops at the hotel for Lincoln,

The hotel was a traditional - slightly dated English town hotel. Good quality but dated. The dinner in the restaurant was disappointing - fish and burger overcooked and overall experience underwhelming!
