The hotel is centrally located. So great for a city visit. Lobby and reception were pleasant. Veronica the receptionist was lovely and very helpful. Mercure Exeter Southgate Hotel
The room (1) was noisy. We could hear the guests next door showering. And the plumbing in our room also needed looking at as every time we flushed the loo or showered the pipe work would be noisy. We reported it. Breakfast buffet was great.
