Novotel Puerto Montt
This place is amazing. We had a great view of the bay and enjoyed lots of day trips from it. It’s also part of an indoor mall in case you need to do any shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

I think the room either has flees or bedbugs. I have a bunch of insect bites in my arm and legs.

Very convenient and easy connecting the hotel with the bus terminal, my room had fantastic views to the ocean and the stuff was very helpful

Staff was great. Best location near everything. Hotel is dated, but great service and best staff make it a great stay. We will return.
