Breakfast was good and plentiful, Bryan at the front desk had excellent service and answered every question we had. The pool offers great views and has a pretty sweet bar.

Hotel Riu Palace Costa Rica - All Inclusive
The room wasn’t clean, it was old and rundown. Although the hotel was not affiliated with the jet ski companies on the beach, they did not warn us about them either. My daughter and another friend were injured on one of their faulty jet skis.

The worst hotel I ever been. Food was terrible, dinning room area disgraceful. The website lied about having 2 dinning areas. The place should be shut down. I'll give them -2
